Melissa is an accomplished professional who has pursued her passion for helping people improve their overall health and quality of life. Graduating from Florida State University in 2006, she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Physiology. Her drive to make a difference in people's lives led her to pursue further education. In 2010, she successfully completed her doctorate in Pharmacy at Nova Southeastern University.

Melissa began her professional career as a Publix Pharmacist, where she played a crucial role in successfully opening three new pharmacies. Although she enjoyed the challenge and complexity of launching these new stores, she sensed a disconnection from direct patient care—an integral aspect of her passion. This led Melissa to embrace a new avenue in public health, joining the Health Department of Sarasota. Additionally, she eagerly extended her support to Independent Pharmacies whenever possible.

As the demand for personalized healthcare grew, so did her dedication to improving the lives of patients within her community. With that, she ventured out on her own, and established My Concierge Pharmacist. This innovative and groundbreaking concept would bridge the gap between patients and their medication, ensuring they feel their best.
